Meet The Supervisors
Rita Baldonado, MSW, LICSW
Rita Baldonado earned her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Washington. She has worked extensively with people who experience severe mental health conditions and/or co-occurring substance use. Rita has significant experience in completing court declarations and petitions for clients who are involuntarily detained. She has specialized training in crisis intervention, suicide prevention and brief/solution-focused therapy. Currently, Rita is the clinical director for a mental health agency which supports clients on their transition from inpatient to outpatient mental health treatment. In her free time she enjoys traveling, running, and gardening.
Cobi Silver, DBH, LICSW
Dr. Cobi Silver earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and her Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University. She has worked in a variety of community and medical settings and has extensive knowledge in crisis and brief interventions. Cobi taught social work students at the university level and currently works in a hospital setting, both inpatient and in the emergency department. She has specialized education and training in primary care behavioral health, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, dementia care, pediatric crises, and general social work practice. In her free time, Cobi enjoys traveling and glass fusing.
